Last year Jamster was in the news for deceptive billing and charging practices. This year it seems that Blinko, aka DirtyHippo, aka Buongiorno USA is the culprit.

Consumers looking to weasel out of their cell phone contracts may have something to cheer about. In Alameda, CA, a class-action lawsuit against Sprint and Verizon was certified.
