Sony's going to release some of its movies on 128 MB flash cards for use in slot-appropriate cell phones. As you can see, titles include Hitch and Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle; additional releases include Spider-Man 2 and Ghostbusters, among others. No word yet on price.

In October, David Baker, a music professor at Indiana University, will conduct the Concertino for Cellular Phones and Orchestra at the Chicago Sinfonietta. The instruments for the 15-minute "concerto" are audience members' cell phones, or, more accurately, the ringtones.

According to the Mobile Life Youth Report recently filed in the U.K., 51% of 10-year-olds in the United Kingdom have their own cell phone, and 91% of 12-year-olds possess one of the devices.
