Tellme launches new mobile search service and application

In the wake of Google’s 411 service comes TellMe’s (now owned by Microsoft) latest response.

Along with their SMS (text message to TELLM [83556]) and voice based product(1-800-555-TELL) comes a new mobile Java app which allows users to ask for information and see the results pop up with maps and directions on the phone’s screen.

The Tellme search application is available for Sprint and Cingular/AT&T.

Hmmm. I already got my Gmail Mobile.
